The Intercollegiate Business Convention is an annual event organized by Harvard Undergraduate Women in Business that draws students nationally and internationally. Every year, IBC encourages tomorrow's leaders to boldly pursue their career goals. By exposing them to a vast range of industries and a wide network of professionals, we will help participants redefine their conception of business by introducing them to a variety of opportunities and by highlighting the importance of corporate social responsibility.
